MEDIA FELLOWSHIP

The Media Fellowship program offers 8-12 youth the opportunity to learn different aspects of documentary programming within our two year program.

We ask our students to dedicate time to learn how to make media, to give voice to those who are without the means to express themselves and to continue making a difference in their communities.

But more importantly we ask them to open themselves up to criticism, reveal to the world their most intimate thoughts and at times their freshest wounds to make change for themselves and for society at large.

What we want is for them to persevere in a world that will constantly challenge them and for them to rise above each and every obstacle with confidence and elegance.

GO VIDEO AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

The After School program is open to students from the five boroughs of New York City. We offer 12 students (grades 9-12) the opportunity to learn camera, editing and storytelling skills.

Students are asks to commit to this program for a full school semester.
