Reconnect Self

DCTV Summer Youth Media Intensive Screening and Q&A
Thursday, August 5th, 6pm – Online

Join us online as we watch and celebrate the films created in our 2021 DCTV Youth Media Summer Intensive. Reconnect Self is a showcase featuring 20 short films by youth filmmakers ages 13 to 21 created in just four weeks. They range in topics from documentaries about food insecurity in a local community to narrative films exploring the processes of grieving, all in the hopes of creating stories that connect to those around us we've been separated from over the last year and a half in quarantine.

Links to the screening and Q&A will be emailed prior to the start of the event.
