Every year, at least one of DCTV’s PRO-TV students is chosen to participate in Peace Boat tour activities. Peace Boat, and International NGO working to promote peace and sustainability around the world, invites youth to join our Global Voyages, visiting more than 20 countries every three months as we raise awareness, educate and take positive action to create a more sustainable and just world.

Through the MAPA - Music & Art Peace Academy program, these youth were invited to travel onboard the Peace Boat during the Latin American segment of the voyage. MAPA aims to provide young artists, musicians and producers from around the world with experiences and resources that further enhance and develop their creative talents. In partnership with the international NGO Peace Boat, MAPA invites aspiring young creators to participate in global voyages onboard the ship to engage in workshops, lectures and hands on learning opportunities alongside professional artists.
