Light bulb policy

   Select light rentals include 1 working light bulb per unit.

# Up to 2 spare light bulbs per unit are available upon request.

   Clients who choose to check-out spare bulbs are subject to the
   following policies with regard to use:

An unopened spare bulb may be returned at no
charge.

A used spare bulb returned in working condition along
with the original/included bulb (burned out) will incur
a charge of 50% the retail value of the spare bulb.

A used spare bulb returned burned out will incur a
charge of 100% the retail value of the spare bulb.

Failure to return the original/included bulb, whether in
working condition or burned out will incur a charge of
100% the retail value of the original bulb, you will not
be charged for the original/included bulb so long as it
is returned, no matter the condition.
