The DCTV firehouse, a gothic landmark in Lower Manhattan built circa 1895, offers unique space rentals by the day, the evening, or the week for:

  • Production holding areas
  • Company Parties
  • Production Catering
  • Screenings
  • Film/TV locations
  • Fundraisers
  • Other Events

Also rent our Green Screen (10ft x 20ft) with a set lighting grid.

Staffing, tech/AV and equipment rental available on site. All fees benefit DCTV’s not-for-profit programs.

Please contact Rabia AlGhani for availability and scheduling. All facility rentals require a DCTV Membership at only $25/year.
