DCTV’s gothic landmark former firehouse circa 1895 is conveniently located in Chinatown/Tribeca and offers unique and versatile multi-use space rentals for: film/photo/green screen shoots, production holding/catering, art exhibits, concerts, parties, dance/theater performances, product launches, lectures, rehearsals, screenings, fundraisers, and more!

Past clients include POV, Spin Magazine, Todd P, DocuClub, Adobe, and Climate Ride to name a few. All of our spaces are wheelchair-accessible.

Studio

This beautiful space at the top of our building boasts a 90ft high vaulted ceiling with exposed original steel structure and dramatic gothic window dormers. Ideal for intimate gatherings, it features a 1,800 square foot sound stage, cyclorama black curtain, elevator access, great natural night with blackout capability, hardwood floors, wet bar, wi-fi, HD projector, 87”x104” 16:10 HD screen, pro-audio sound system and full lighting grid. Capacity: 70 seated, 100 standing

Ground Floor

This raw open space on our main level has endless potential, and can be transformed into the space of your dreams for larger events. It features a 4,500 square foot flexible space with discreet lobby access, street-side load-in and ramp, customizable stage decks/risers, blackout capability, wi-fi, and sound and projection systems on request. Capacity: 160 seated, 400 standing

Fees

Our rental fees vary depending on the duration of, nature of, and needs for your event. On-site staff and additional equipment/amenities are available. All fees benefit DCTV’s not-for-profit programs.
