We know the costs of a full-scale production can be prohibitive so we’ve got your back. DCTV Equipment Rentals is a unique resource for independent filmmakers, making digital video camera, lighting and audio gear accessible and affordable. We’re one of the only rental houses that offers both inexpensive authorization holds and/or production insurance.

Conveniently located, renting industry standard gear from Canon, Panasonic, Sony, Manfrotto, Sennheiser, Ikan, Aputure, Convergent Design and more, DCTV Equipment Rentals has become one of the many vital services that DCTV provides to established and emerging filmmakers alike. Plus, by renting with us, you’re supporting one of our many resources that support filmmakers like you. Our firehouse is your firehouse.

  • New Gear: Record affordable 4K/UHD RAW and ProRes with the Odyssey7Q+ Monitor/Recorder. With ProRes, you get great footage that will take up less storage space so you can shoot and edit effectively. We’re also stocked with shiny new Aputure LED lighting kits that won’t cycle, are fully dimmable, and are super portable for your next on-the-go project.

  • New Online Reservations + Coverage: We know you love chatting with our friendly staff, but you can now also book online via KitSplit and choose affordable damage coverage.

  • New Hours + Procedures: To accommodate after-work pickups and returns, we will now have one transaction period: Mon-Fri, 3pm-7pm. Sign up for a 20 minute pick up slot to allow ample time for you to build-out your gear and ask questions.
