Brendan Colthurst

Brendan Colthurst is a New York based director of commercials, music videos and comedic entertainment. Through Disposable Television, the production company he co-founded, he's directed comedy videos for HBO, Comedy Central, ABC Family, VH1 and many of New York's premier comedians. He began working with DCTV in 2001, as the assistant director on DCTV's Live from Downtown series, and went on to assistant-direct DCTV's production of Tim Robbin's Embedded Live.

Brendan received a BA in Film Studies from Columbia University in 2000.
