Editing Techniques

$175 DCTV Members // $200 Non-Members

How can you assemble footage in a way that your audience will understand and respond to? Where do you start a cut, and where should a clip end? Whether you’re new to editing or have been at it for a while, you might not know certain lingo or the reasons why some edits work to achieve your narrative objective while others fall short. Editing Techniques illustrates how you, as an editor, can convey the continuity, comprehension, and emotion of your choosing in the scenes you create.
