How to Register

Call 212.966.4510 x646 to register over the phone with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Or stop by DCTV during office hours to pay by cash or credit card. Sorry, no checks accepted!

DCTV Workshops have limited enrollment, therefore your space in a workshop is not held until payment has been received in full. At that time, you will be issued a confirmation email.

Only the person whose name appears on this confirmation is registered for the workshop. No other person can attend in her/his place.

There are absolutely no make ups allowed for any missed session(s) of a workshop.

Please note that DCTV reserves the right to accept or deny requests for enrollment in workshops at its discretion, for any or no reason.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund offered when cancellation is confirmed 14 days prior to your workshopʼs start date.

Full Transferable Workshop Credit (valid for 3 months) or 50% Refund offered when cancellation is confirmed at least 7 days prior to your workshopʼs start date.

50% Transferable Workshop Credit (valid for 3 months) offered when cancellation is confirmed at least 48 hours prior to your workshopʼs start date.

No compensation is available for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your workshopʼs start time or for non- attendance.

All Cancellations must be received and confirmed by telephone with a DCTV Training and Resources representative during office hours. Cancellations received via email, fax, voicemail or otherwise will not be recognized.
