James Duarte Named Young Arts Scholarship Finalist

PRO-TV would like to congratulate James Duarte, Media Fellow '08, for his accomplishments as a New York finalist in the Young Arts Scholarship competition presented by the National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts (NFAA). He will be traveling to Miami in January for the finals. PRO-TV wishes him the best!
